Delivery Policy
At Tees4Thought, we partner with Printful to ensure high-quality products and efficient delivery. Below are the details regarding the delivery of your orders within the United States.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Time: All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful, with an average fulfillment time of 2-7 business days for production. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped, and delivery can take an additional 4-12 business days depending on the shipping method and your location within the United States.
Please note:
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Shipping Delays: While we work hard to meet the stated delivery times, unexpected delays such as carrier issues, holiday demand, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules. If any significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Important Information:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
